Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
ran with the guys and lavallee today, did a pretty good workout at the burrilville course. we did a good warm up and then some gauntlet (3 times through per set) and 25 second pick ups with 55 second rest in between (4 per set). ended up doin a full 3 sets and in the heat that was saying something. really really tired by the end, specially after the winding cool down that wasnt very slow. totally guessing the mileage, dont worry about pace at all cause its bound to be weird
