Weather: 70? and 98% humidity!!!

Comments:
Felt absolutely amazing! I think part of my lower leg problems lately are because I haven't been tying my shoes tight enough. I realized today that they were flopping around a lot on the trails. I stopped and made them snug and my legs, shins and calves felt better for the rest of the run. More so, it just made my stride snappier. Who woulda thunk it?
