Calves still kinda hurt from OC and got a charlie horse earlier today so felt kinda awkward running haha. 1/2 mile warmup then stretched and did 6x800m. Went 2:48, 2:55, 3:07, 2:57, 3:05, 3:10 with 1 minute rest, 2 minute,5 minute, 2 minute, then 1 minute again. Pushed hard but not 100% I guess, just wanted to focus on going out fast and trying to keep the pace as long as possible, legs felt pretty tired at the end. Wanted to stay under 3 but oh well, do that some other day fo sho.
