Veale is closed so Brandon and I had to bike at carlton. Only one bike so we took turns. Feeling alright from preseason. I wasnt working all that hard. Ready for 4 runs a week! Stretched and abs outside of carlton after. Rolled, no ice and forgot hip strengthening. I will fit that in later in the evening.
