Cannot break 12 god dammit. It's really starting to drive me crazy. Whatever, 2 seconds off my pr so I guess thats ok, legs kinda sore from yesterday too but otherwise I'm just being a little bitch. Afterwards did 3x hill sprints each one 200m(The hill was maybe 150 but wanted to get used to running hard after getting up a hill too). 43 seconds, 47, then 45. Doing distance with Erik tomorrow after orientation.
