Weather: 88 and humid

Comments:
easy 9 miler. Something definitely happened last week in regards to my fitness. 80 miles felt like nothing, my wednesday workout was easy, and the 17 miler yesterday was seemingly effortless. Thought I was going to be sore today, but I wasn't. I think now it's time to just be safe and smart. Keep the miles around 75 for the time being. I don't want to go any higher than 80, that already exceed my summer goal by 10 miles.
