did a bunch on the bike path today, supposed to be nice and easy but it turned out to be a bit fast cause lavallee always manages to make it that way, lol. lotsa push ups and ab stuff tho, lavallee is starting with his conditioning stuff which i do like except that i stink at it at the moment, lol. good run tho, this includes the warm up around the mount fields
