Comments:
Ran over to MLK while the team did the tempo. Went a little bit past the 800m mark, so I think it was about 3.5 miles. Felt fine actually hit the grass which was nice. Really working toward getting back. Did the hip strengthening after in the training room. More later tonight. Didnt participate in the weight training. think it would be a good idea to lay off the "explosiveness" for a little bit, especially with the pounding of the running.
