Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a lovely first day of classes and homework already assigned...I had been really looking forward to practice all day.
Warm-Up 2, then 6 mile tempo on MLK. I think me sped up too much in mile 5 and next week we need to stay together, but the pace felt good for me and my HR was 168. Then..to the track for 3 x 300 and then back to Veale. and yay for my second longest tempo ever.
Once back at Veale we did Strength Day 2, and Abs. I'll get the ice bath in tomorrow.
