I don't know how I feel about this. I ran fine I just feel like it should have felt a lot more controled and easy than it did. I'm probably just tired today which is a good thing. I want to be tired now so that I can feel great later. I just need to regonize this and back off when it occurs. My mileage is up and that taks a lot out of me as these two weeks will be the longets weeks I've ever done. I'm hoping to get this weeks mileage all in singles. We'll see how that goes. I think this went alright. My heart rate was a little high so I think I may use a heart rate monitor next week and see how that goes. I'll talk to CoachL about it tomorrow. Striders felt good. I could tell Michael Perasia ( I hope I didn't butcher the spelling too bad) was in heaven. He certinaly has the speed.
