6*100 barefoot strides, stretch, 3*(15incline pushups, 15dips), hurdle drills.
met Chris Kelly at Veale for an easy run. talked about the tempo yesterday, this XC season and upcoming track season. I was at Veale for 2.5 hours and I didn't even get to ice bath or do abs. I'm really trying to get used to doing all the extras every day, and I've already done more extras in the past 10 days then I have all of last year, but its still a work in progress. should be set into a solid schedule doing everything I need to do every day by next week.
