Comments:
Did the pool workout for my cross training with Brandon and Quinn. Lots of kickboards, deep water jogging, and drills with aqua jogger. cant remember details. Afterward got a good stretch and leg drills and ice. Kinda a lazy day, not too much cardio. got up to about 100 HR after the workout.
