Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
4 miles for the warm-up before the race. The race went well enough, I guess. Mentally it was very challenging. I experienced periods of "I am finished" and periods of "let's race", so my mental game could use some improvement--first 8K, though. First mile was very congested and slow, came through in 5:30. Two miles split was 10:42 or thereabout. 5K was 16:48; 6K somewhere around 20:10, I think. Finished in 27:08. 4 mile cool-down. I am looking forward to the next race.
