Weather: Cool and really nice

Comments:
Ran early today with Carter. The pace felt fine although we were moving pretty good at some points. A little shorter than I wanted but it should even out eventually. I'm loging it as 10 anyways including strides. I know its cheating a little. But its like 200 meters. I know I'll be long by 200 meters at some point this week. Plus in an 80 mile week how much does 200 meters really matter. I'm really sore from yesterday and was just generally tired. It got better as the run/day went on but I'm still feeling all the new stuff starting. Felt comfortable and easy the whole run which was really good.
Static 3, Bear, hurdle drills, Hip stuff 2 sets, Buddies from 10, 3 sets of pullups (5,3,2), Roll, Ice bath (it felt awsome)
