Exercise Type: Weights

its been so long since ive been on here that my computer forgot my id, dissapointing to say the least but w/e. Decided to lift today, upperbody 3 sets of each:
dumbell curl
military press
dips
pull ups
preacher curl
pushups
bench
...not neccesarily in that order.. anyways feel really sore, but i can tell that i can lift heavier weights than last year during track and i have just been doing pushups basically so not much preparation
on a side note i was doing planks and i discovered that my left oblique is really sore even when i only lightly touch it
