Comments:
so I woke up sunday morning completely congested - nothing in the chest so I tried to run but it didn't really work out. I made it about 30 minutes on fields before I decided that I would probably do my body a favor by cutting it short.
felt icky sunday night but a little bit better on monday - so I'll try the workout.
