Had to catch up to the team because I checked upstairs for my lunch kit, will be more on time to practice next time, drills
The Meadow: Short Hill Loops
10 * 750m hill loops, with the top group, always towards the back but never got dropped, the power hill made me realize how little leg strength I have, decent workout and no one did anything crazy
The Meadow, Ambleside, Murray Hill, Random, Circle, Veale
With Austin, Phil and some freshmen, lift, stretch, 30 Ibis, buddies with Bobby, Hoodrich, and Brandon, 10 min ice bath, not as long as Monday.
