Comments:
Ran 10x short hills loop for the workout today. It wasn't too taxing for me. I felt the burn a for about the last 15-30 seconds of the last 3 hills but that was it. And areobicaly it wasn't much either. Just tried to build power and good form on the hills. Ran in a big group with lots of diferent people leading reps. It was good to pack it up. Strider on the rest interval was nice to streach things out a bit.
Static 3, Roll, Ibisx30 with a break for buddies in the middle (I failed 3 times), Hip stuff (1 set)
