Did weights with the whole team together today after the workout. Basicaly plyo stuff.

2x10 all exercises
Lateral Hurdle hop in sand
Star jump in sand
Lunge jump thing in sand
Forward squat MB toss with 7kg MB
Backward squat MB toss with 7kg MB
Chest pass with lunge MB toss with 7kg MB

Felt pretty good. I never feel like I get enough out of this type of workout. I'll see how I feel tomorrow.
