Weather: Warm and windy
Comments:
Original plan was for a tempo but went out too fast in the 1st mile so then I just had to make sure I stayed under 7 pace. Either way I was still pretty tired at the end. Need to get more of these kind of runs in since I do alot of speedwork usually. Not too bad I guess, slower then intended though, its hard to run by yoself sometimes haha. Afterwards walked around a little then 2.1 mile cooldown on grass. Either taking off tomorrow or speedwork. We'll seeee.
