Comments:
10min warmup, 3000(14:36), 1800(8:33), 2400(11:50), 1800(8:10), 1800(8:25) 3x200 (43, 40, 39). I felt pretty good during this workout. I was able to hit under my paces and never felt really overwelmed by the pace. I feel like I'm running stronger and with a lot more confidence. 10min cool-down, stretch, 3x 30sec abs curcuit, pushups, 10min icebath. Hip still nagging.
