I was still pretty congested and didn't even think that I would be able to run well at all, so I surprised myself a lot on the first few. I ended up setting the pace for most of those. Towards the last few, my head started to feel like a balloon or something (if that makes any sense - perhaps not, but I just took some nyquil) and I felt pretty over-heated. Not to make dumb excuses for not doing the last two as fast as my group because sometimes that happens to me when I mentally give in. However, today I wasn't feeling well in general, so it was just normal fatigue. But, I was still within 1-2 seconds of my goal time, so that's not too bad. I'm going to bed early and drinking lots of fluids and taking coldeeze.
