Ran after class was over today. Started out in a big group then after the second lake it was Tim, Dave, and I untill we met Chicago Chris who finished with us. Pretty good run. Felt really relaxed the whole time which was key. Had a meeting afterwards about the season and how we are going to hold each other accountable for stuff, which I think is a great idea cuz then I can get on people's cases about extras.
6xstriders, Static 3, Roll, Eaglex30, Pushups (2 by max tried to work on form, I only got 13 and 9 though)
