Did the second days MD lift today. Worked a lot on the hams and glutes. I'll probably be pretty sore tomorrow. Again happy that I did the crossfit circuts well.
All circuts 3 times through
Circut 1
Lunges with DB x 20 steps with 30's
MB pushups 5 each hand with largest MB
Single leg squats x 5 each leg
Pullups 6,4,4
Circut 2
DB lateral raise x 20 with 10lbs then 8. I'm staying with 8
Single leg step onto box x 10 each leg with 95
Bar dips by 10
Burpee's by 10
