Comments:
It is amazing how you can go from dishing out the pain one day to being the victim the next. Marc took me on one of the hardest runs I have been on in a while. Probably the hilliest course we could have run in chapel hill too. I need this kind of training and it was great to run with him. Did 14 with him and then slowed down a bit for the last mile by myself while he added on another 5. Put a really good week of traing together this week. Hopefully many more to come!
