Blind Fartlek

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed up with the team to the mile and then straight back to the start. Drills. Did the first hard leg for group 2 then stayed pretty near teh front for the rest of the legs I did, whcih I believe totalled 8, perhaps 9. Numbers got a little messed up somewhere at one point but it all worked out. Jumped out after crossing the road back to the first loop and jogged back to Ben and CoachL at the van. Cooled down in the woods with Grese after.

Felt good, no leg pain at all which is a good sign, and my cardio felt really good as well, which is a very good sign.
