Weather: Nice weather at the Farm, Much better than last year

Comments:
Ran the blind Fartlek today. Felt pretty good. I've got a sore throat that I hope passes pretty soon but it didn't affect the workout. Pretty much the whole workout I tried to practice covering moves like CoachL said. Anytime the leader moved I just tried to stay with them and cover their move which was good for me. I should do that in races.
Static 1 without ropes, roll, pick 8 abs, 4x10 pushups focusing on form, hip strength stuff (1 set)
