Sooooo tired. Woke up from a nap and realized it was almost dark haha but did 6x800. Went 2:57,3:00,2:53,2:55,2:58,2:57 again with 1,2,5,2,1, minute rest sequence; I was still like asleep for the first 2 repeats I think. Quite surprised to find that I stayed under 3 even though I was so tired unlike the last time I did this workout. Really wish I did more but it was getting really dark. Overall a pretty good day, tomorrow will finish out a pretty good week with a distance run again. Still mad that I didn't do more but whatever, still a good workout. Oh, got the new GT-2150's but haven't ran in them yet, just walking around trying to break them in. Most likely use them for the first time on tuesday at practice. Also ordered the new Nike victory's, should be here on wednesday, so I'll probably use them at practice on thursday to break them in for Loch Haven.
