Got up an extra hour earlier this morning, so I was quite tired. Original plan was to do 7.1 but my quads were on fire by 2 miles. So ran my 6 mile loop and picked up the pace as best as I could, thought I was gonna die on the last half, very large hill made my legs feel like jello til the end. Felt like shit pretty much the whole time haha but 11-15 seconds faster than the last time I ran this loop, sore as hell now. Not too bad I guess, overall a very good week.
