Comments:
Woke up at 8:15 but I missed the mandatory run by literally two minutes. I ran by myself and did the normal five mile morning loop. But since I had no idea where I was going once I entered the University woods, I got lost and my run became longer than I wanted it to be. The shins hurt a little this morning but nothing bad at all. It's probably because I didn't have time to ice yesterday. Other than that, my legs are still feeling heavy.
