MORNING/SHAKEOUT RUN
City Loop
Did it real early so everything was tight and didn't want to move. I was also really tired when I started making things hurt more and joints more uncomfortable. Trotted through the city, got really bored because I could feel how slow I was going but I didn't want to go faster because I knew I was in a good slow pace. Hit 5 miles in 37:16. I didn't even think I was going that slow based on how my joints and everything were feeling but I guess it's good I was able to go that slow pace.
