HILL WORKOUT
Was not feeling up to it. Just wasn't in the right state of mind for it, and I didn't even really feel like being there.
Warmup
1.6 mile loop then .25 mile after stretching to Reservoir Hill

My 4 Hills at the start I went easy the whole way. I was doing 67-68 for all of them just kind of trotting up and saving energy for the other hill.
The other hill is tough, it's a lot shorter, but it's a lot steeper of a climb, then once at the top you push a hard 50-100 meters, then loop back down. I maintained paces but man did I die on the last one at the top. And once again, wasn't running the hill all too hard, and it wasn't like I was going all out when I hit the flat at the top.
Cooldown
Did a long cooldown, about 3.15 miles, and my stomach felt terrible and queezy. Didn't feel good at all, glad the day was over.
