Comments:
blind fartlek. got moved up to the front group because we were split into two groups instead of three like we were for tempos. i thought it'd be a good chance to run faster. it was tough but i hung on as best i could for each interval, by about number 11 they were kind of looping back a little for me but i still thought i did a good job. cooled down 2 for 10 on the day.
