Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I can't find the part of my quad that is hurting - it's my right quad more than my left. Very specific pain halfway between shorts tan line and knee, to the LEFT of the center. Weird. Calves are tight. Running feels good though!!
Almost went on Big run but decided to stay on fields and meet up with people later. I ran in circles, then ran across the field, then up hills, downhills (walked downhills because my quad hurt) and then tried to find the Matt Riley loop and saw the boys team. Ran with the boys team for a while, it wasn't too fast for my pace I think. Then broke off and ran with Charlotte on the gap trail. Talked about getting a 4.0. Then finished it up with Chris MacColl. How do you spell that?
