Comments:
MLK for the tempo today. Basically the perscribed workout was the same as last week. 6 miles at 5:40 to 5:50. The pace was slower than last week and a lot of people had very high heart rates at the end. Since I wasn't feeling so hot I just did 4 miles of the tempo and then jogged the rest of the way back in. Its weird I don't feel bad enough to take a whole day off and easy running seems to be fine I just can't get my breath together, and it takes me an eternity to recover from things. I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow night to figure things out so everything should be good in a couple days hopefully.
Splits: 5:49, 5:47, 5:46, 5:53 HR=180 after

RHR: 60 in bed, 48-52 in class when I took it later
