Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Another aqua jogging pool workout. With Alyssa, did a deep water warm up, drills in shallow end, and then 15 minutes of lap swim to get up some cardio. Cool down in shallow end after. Stretch, roll, abs, minimal hip strengthening. Ice bath felt really good.
Met with coach in the morning. Keeping mileage and running same as last week. Throwing in some hurdle drills to get the motion back.
