Weather: 75, breezy but awesome

Comments:
Lifted and did circuits after class. Weighed in at a ridiculous 160.9. Weak, but that's what happens when you start eating 1000 cal worth of cereal at night. :| :| :| That's going to stop.

Biked to Goose Island, ran two laps, then biked back. The bike there was a bit tedious since it was into the wind. Once there, the run went great; pain-free and overall felt great.

The bike back was awesome, since I was with the wind. It took about 30ish minutes to get out there and 27 to get back. I was rolling, averaging at least 20mph (if not over that when I wasn't stopping or braking). Great ride.
