Took a really easy day today in hope that I can kick my cold and workout normal for the rest of the week. I'm feeling way more energitic so I'm hoping that it worked. Ran 6 miles on a treadmill because it was wicked hot outside again and I didn't want anything pushing my heart rate up extra. Just at 7:30 pace so real easy.

RHR: 56 as I'm typing this but thats probably high to what it actually is. I'll get a better check tomorrow morning
