Comments:
Ran at 8:30PM after moving shit all day. I was exhausted and did not want to run, I probably shouldn't have too. Entire run was one river road's bike trail. No one was on it. Since it was kind of cool out at this point and I was tired, so pacing seemed foreign to me, I went a bit fast. Split 6:20 pace multiple times on the run and I never really let up. But now I know this loop is 9.5 miles. I bet it will be 10 if I add on the lower river schtuff.
