10*short hill circuit
CD Fairhill, Cov, NP, Veale; stretch, (dips & pushups in the morning)
had some energy during the workout, but that's just because I didn't do my normal pre-workout morning run. after the 8th circuit, I peeled off the main group and hooked up w/ CKell so he wouldn't finish alone, so I did an extra strider but whatever.
