The Meadow: Short hill loops
10 * 750m hill loops, with the front group, the heat made everyone seem to take it easy for this workout, stopped for a drink of water after 7 and sorta fell off the pack, Coach told me later that she was pleased with my workout

The Meadow to Veale plus Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield, Euclid, Quad, Veale
Had to jog back to Veale for a pit stop before completing my cooldown, lift with Chris Kelly, stretch, 32 Ibis, 10 min ice bath.
