Exercise Type: Run

Weather: hot but cool in the woods

Comments:
felt great (except for the big hill in the middle).
besides recovery from that hill...the run was pretty easyish/steady (not tempo) but got to stretch out my legs going down hill.
the air (and allergies) did make it harder to breath during the second half of the run (the hill probably didn't help) but it really wasn't too bad.
ran with spergs and freshman guys (and marisa in the beginning).
did crunch progression but didn't have enough time for a thorough stretch.
