Comments:
warmed up a bit, 3 miles or so. did some chasers, which really loosened me up. felt fine going into the race, was really surprised that i was alone from the start. i felt stronger than dee the entire way. first mile was 458; 958 at 2 miles. 1534 or so at the finish. 4 miles cooldown. to finish in that time was a real confidence booster, a validation of all the work i've put in heretofore. i'm very pleased.
