Today went back to running full workouts and everything. I actually feel better tonight than I did before the workout which is a good sign. Ran 10 by short medow hill. Pretty much the same as last week only about 20 degrees hotter. I felt good on the hard sections. I was definitly able to run as hard as everybody else. For the first 3 I ran with the top people. I started at the back of the pack and usually made my way up the the front or close to it by the end. Where I can still feel my sickness is my recovery. My throat would go dry after about 2 repeats and I was recovering a little slower than last week and with other people. But a pretty good workout for me overall.
