Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to BK, then through AU to find water for a minute with sophie alessa natalie and emma. at first felt lagging//foot hurt but by the 10 minute mark i guess adrenaline or endorphines went into the foot which made it feel better =). Didn't feel phased by the run after which is good! Hopefully this foot thing will be dooone soon. planks after.
