went down the bike path to the track to do 2 sets of 400's, pretty good paces actually, although we were trying not to go too hard and stay very consistent, which we did. ran in flats for the 400's. then just nice and easy back to mount. i actually felt pretty great during the 400's and killian and i did 38 seconds for the first 200 for the first 6, like clock work. epic.
