lavallee wasnt there today so we had to fend for ourselves, although he told us what to do. down to the woods and short loop x 2, with slowerish people leading the way so nobody went too fast. then back to mount. finally 3 sets of jog up hill near soccer field, spring the dirt path, then jog down to jesus for 20, 10, 10 pushups, leg lifts, sit ups. not a bad practice. ignore pace cause of jogs and stuff, i do hate to see that there tho
