Comments:
Another very good run. First 34 minutes easy, next 25 hard(80% or a little more), next 20 easy. 12 miles total. Got rocked a bit by the Nations hill right at the end of the 80%. Need to start getting more sleep. Got almost none last night, girls are not good for your running....
