Comments:
Went for a run thats almost back to where my mileage needs to be. I think I'm just going to run a lot this weekend to try to get to a respectable weekly mileage and then get back to normal next week. Felt good. It was really hot but we kept the pace controled and things were pretty nice and relaxed the whole time. Talked nice with people and generally enjoyed my self. I was a little light headed during the first couple miles. But the rest felt like a normal run.
