up North Park to Brook to South Park to West Park to Shaker to Courtland to Shelburne to North Park to Lee to Shaker, up Shaker about 15 seconds, back down Shaker to West Park to South Park to Brook to North Park to North Woodland to South Park to Brook to North Park, back up North Park about 30 seconds (10x300 hard with 1:30-2:00 recovery)
down North Park to MLK to Fairhill through the meadow + Little Italy/Mayfield/Euclid Loop back to Veale

My knees were bothering me some, so Coach told me to do a fartlek instead of hills. I ran it was Vaughn and Petro and it was pretty hard. My legs were very tired, but I think today was the turning point in my recent issues. I almost fell apart in the middle of the workout, but managed to somehow put it back together again and finish it well. I did a longer cooldown than I probably should have because I seriously underestimated the distance of the fartlek.
